What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, organisation (optional) and a securely hashed password. When you buy, we record your orders and licences. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. When an app activates or checks a licence, it sends the licence key, a random device identifier, the platform and the app version.

What we do not collect

The apps do not send us your diagrams, configurations, logs, session data, saved passwords, network test results or any other work you do in them. The online edition keeps your working data in your browser.

How we use it

To provide your account, licences, downloads and the online edition; to process orders and send receipts; to answer support requests; to prevent misuse of licences; and, only if you opt in, to send product news.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the service (payment processing, email delivery and hosting), when required by law, or with your consent. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

Information is stored on our servers in Australia. Passwords are hashed with scrypt, sessions use secure cookies, and you can turn on two-step sign-in.

Your choices

You can view and update your details in your account, download your data, and ask us to delete your account at any time. Some records (such as tax invoices) must be kept for the period required by law.
